SuzanneO'CALLAGHANPassed away peacefully at Beechville, Bolton on Wednesday December 13th aged 99 years. Formerly of Lewis Avenue, Blackley. Loving and devoted wife of the late Dr William O'Callaghan. A dearly loved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She will be deeply missed but always loved and remembered by her family and friends. On Friday January 12th, Suzanne will be received into Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Blackley, for Requiem Mass at 11.00am followed by interment at St Joseph's Cemetery, Moston. May She Rest in Peace. No flowers by request, donations preferred to "The Andrew James Walsh Trust" All further enquiries and donations please contact Michael Kennedy at Greater Manchester Funeral Service, Moston on 0161 681 1864.

Dearest Mrs O'Callaghan
Thank you for your many many kindnesses. Asking if l would be a magistrate. Helping me to walk recovering from TB. Comforting my mother and father when l had the brain tumour because they were so frightened. But let's be happy! The parties with the convent rocking horse. Murder in the dark with all those creative children inventing new and noisier ways to die horribly. That time you tripped over Kathleen and she said 'l can't move l'm dead' and you just asked if she could be dead just away from the top step of the stairs. Playing with Chinon in the Clough. The way Dr O'Callaghan dragged me through all the times l was ill when everyone thought l was going to die. Being so kind. l kept your hankercheif for so long it fell apart. God Speed. And give Dr O'Callaghan a big hug from me. I forgot.
